Q. Highlight one key space or one key area where we need innovation in pakistan?

Innovation has a very important place in Education.

Innovation in education urges teachers and students to study, research and utilize all the tools to make something new. It includes an alternate perspective on and settling them. The intellectual way that goes into it will assist students with building up their imagination and their critical thinking abilities.

Innovation improves their institution since it forces students to utilize a more elevated level of intuition to tackle issues.

Every day, innovators in the business world make new items, strategies, and thoughts. They figure out how to take a look at issues distinctively and think of arrangements others can’t, and they give an incessant stream of significant worth to their organizations. Improvement could well be the most significant segment of an effective organization.

Objectives of research plans:

• Bring new flavours in the market for the customers, and serve them a good quality pizza, and to satisfy our customers cravings,
• Cost structure, and
• Target Market.

Gather Data: I would go for the survery to check how many students/customers wants a pizza resturant near their campus, will check if i have any competitor in the market. Also give them a sample tastetest if our new pizza is a hit or not.

Enculturation: It is a systematic acquisition of the characteristics and norms of a culture or group by a person,or an another culture, etc. Enculturation refers to the process through which we learn about the culture we are from. Also through enculturation we learn what behaviors, values, morals, and language are accpetable in our society. we learn by observing other members of our society; which in cludes our parents, friends, and mentors. Enculturation gives us meaning to become more funtional members of our society.

For example: Observing how friends talk to each other to learn the acceptable language.

Acculturation: The word acculturation is the act of that transition. When groups of people or indivduals transition from living a lifestyle of their own culture to moving into a lifestyle of another culture, they must acculturate, or come to adapt the new culture’s behaviors, values, customs, and language.

For example: In an attempt to blend into new communities, many foreigners undergo acculturation and modify their lifestyles.

Answer01:

• Choose your location wisely.
• Promote your product/brand through social media marketing.
•  Hire well and trained employees.
•  Customer’s satisfaction.

Answer02: Yes, they do face the same challenges as RBW has faced. But in Pakistan they try to be more superior with their product. As there are many competitors and have a strong challenge in the market. In Pakistan people over here go for the taste and quality.

Answer03:  As a consumer, I will value the quality and taste more rather than quantity, if the quality is good then sometimes quantity does not matter.

Answer04: They were totally focused on the fame of their brand. And forget to look up on other factors.

Answe05: RBW’s management believed that strong brand equity was the key to achieving their aggressive goals. They believed that their concept was so strong that it would shake up the fast-food industry and would eventually challenge the major players, even McDonalds. In support of their brand strategy, management appointed a design agency to give their business a professional look. As part of this, RBW initially used ‘real food, not junk food’ in their communications and in-store merchandising. Their stated objective was to ‘communicate with customers in a quirky, fun and engaging way’. Later on, after a period of disappointing trading, RBW hired another PR/advertising agency to strategically review their brand vision. RBW’s brand ambitions were given a substantial boost when they were featured on a UK TV reality show that profiled new business ventures. They ended up having two full episodes dedicated to them; the first showing the launch phase and the second as a follow up story. Obviously, this media attention generated a high level of brand awareness.

Answer06: Starting up a new business is a major task, do a proper brainstorming or research, what’s going on in current market, and try to come up with new ideas to win your audience. Also hire a well-trained employee.

The new ad of Coca Cola,2020 “khulay tou dil khulay”. This is the message for the present generation who thinks that going out and having dinner with friends is better than having their dinner with family at home. Because everyone is busy with their work and everything, but dinner/lunch and family gathering are the ones where you enjoy your family time. Coca Cola play a smart role to bring everyone to the table and have their dinner with a sip of sparkle.This advertisement also give us a message that spending time with family is more fun and cheerful.
